MoveMan Mobile turns the challenge of surveying removals into a scientific process allowing you to concentrate on selling your services. It is the only solution of its kind that offers a fully electronic survey to a uniform standard with image capture and electronic signatures from the client and surveyor for a completely paperless survey solution.
Appointments synchronised from the MoveMan Pro diary are available on MoveMan Mobile and a new blank survey is raised when you enter the property.  MoveMan Mobile’s large format easily allows you to move around the property in any order selecting the rooms as you go.  Once you have selected a room, your own personally defined list of commonly found items appears and individual items are added by just taping on the screen, no typing is required.

With every item is included the volume, weight, condition and packing materials.  New items can be easily added to the survey if they are not already on the comprehensive database.  The list of items can easily be modified to reflect your assessments on volumes and materials required for different standards of packing.

Once the survey is finished the customer signs directly onto the screen to confirm that they are happy with the survey and the signature is stored permanently on the survey.  Along side this is the extensive reporting facility allowing you to produce survey reports by room, by condition, by mode or by service.  Translated versions of the survey can also be printed. You can even print off a list just of the materials that are required for the crew to take with them on the day.

We all know that sometimes a unique or priceless item is shown on a survey.  For these occasions the MoveMan Mobile software can be used to capture a digital image of the item.  For room and property access digital images of the property can also be captured so that your crew can have accurate information to hand.
